What is Reactive Repairs and Maintenance?
Reactive maintenance also known as breakdown maintenance are done when the equipment has already broken down. Lockesleys Electrical Services have a dedicated Reactive Repairs department to deal with all forms of works from emergency call-out to planned works.
We have a dedicated admin team who will pick up all enquires you have and you will have your own administrative co-ordinator who will see your enquiry from start to finish and ensure that you are happy with the level of service you receive. We work with individual customers as well as property/portfolio manager to help with their specific needs and issues, and as a result we fully understand that they are not always versed in electrical terminology and often need a job completed with little fuss to their working day. We achieve this by accepting responsibility for their enquiry and try to achieve 100% right-first-time approach.
